About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading company in the Civil Engineering industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and project teams
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and clients
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the Civil Engineering industry
- Professionally registered with SACPCMP
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Experience managing projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
