About the Role
A trendy Coffee Shop / Restaurant in Randburg is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a strong focus on customer relations and staff training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock control, general management, and oversee opening and closing procedures
- Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic and ambition
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong customer relations skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in front-of-house and general kitchen management required
- Well-spoken and well-groomed individuals preferred

Salary & Benefits
The salary range is between R 14 – 17 K gross per month. Weekend work is required, but there are no night shifts involved.
