About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Durban, KZN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of Neurosurgery related products to healthcare providers. With a strong understanding of medical devices and therapies, you will build relationships with key decision-makers in the medical field and existing relationships with Neurosurgery Doctors in KZN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets across the portfolio
  • Take ownership of the territory to drive sales and growth
  • Maintain market and competitor analysis, and provide regular feedback
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Neurosurgery Products and solutions to Neurosurgery professionals, hospitals, and clinics
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, nursing staff, and purchasing departments
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the KZN Region
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies related to Neurosurgical related products

Requirements

  • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 to 4 years in medical sales
  • Sales experience with Neurosurgery products is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the medical field and healthcare landscape in KZN
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a large geographical region

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or similar (Scrub experience will secure)
  • Completed Matric (if not already completed)
