Job Description
- Manage front-office duties including reception, answering calls, and responding to emails.
- Coordinate office calendars, meetings, appointments, and client visits.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, quoting, and payment follow-ups (if required).
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and general office upkeep.
- Assist with tender documentation, project admin, and follow-ups with municipalities or consultants.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- Administrative or office management qualification (advantageous).
- Previous experience in admin or reception (experience in an architectural or engineering environment is a plus).
- Strong computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
- Own vehicle – valid driver’s license.
