About the Role
SD Recruitment is seeking experienced Locum Professional Nurses to support Riversdale and Mossel Bay Hospitals. We’re looking for dedicated, flexible, and reliable professionals who can respond to shift requirements on short notice and are passionate about delivering quality patient care. This position is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility, travel variety, and exposure to multiple healthcare environments while maintaining professional growth and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, professional nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and protocols
- Support multidisciplinary teams in ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold ethical nursing practices
- Adapt quickly to new environments and contribute effectively to patient care delivery
Requirements
- Registered Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Proven clinical or hospital experience (public or private sector)
- Must be willing and able to travel between Riversdale and Mossel Bay Hospitals
- Own reliable transport is essential
- Must be contactable and available at short notice for shift assignments
