A well-established hospitality company who is focused on providing high-quality, nutritious wholefoods, offering a variety of healthy food options including salads, sandwiches, and ready-made meals.is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations and strategic initiatives during a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanency. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational, strategic, and people management skills. The General Manager will take ownership of the business’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives during a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the cafés and grocery stores. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Ensure exceptional customer service and operational standards are maintained across all locations. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and efficiency. Monitor and optimize supply chain, inventory, and food quality processes. Report directly to the owners on performance, opportunities, and initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior management or General Manager role, ideally in food service, retail, or hospitality. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Passion for health, nutrition, and creating excellent customer experiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
