About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Centurion: Commercial System Enablement Manager. As a bridge between IT, Sales, Marketing and Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that commercial systems support end-to-end commercial processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the effective adoption and utilisation of systems by business users through enablement initiatives, training and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial systems enablement strategy aligned with business and IT objectives
- Serve as the bridge between IT, Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure that systems support end-to-end commercial processes
- Manage and maintain the ecosystem of commercial systems, including CRM, sales enablement tools, ordering platforms and customer self-service portals
- Drive the effective adoption and utilisation of systems by business users through enablement initiatives, training and communication
- Lead, coach, and develop a small technical and functional enablement team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
- 7 years’ experience in managing commercial systems (CRM, ordering or customer self-service) in a telecom or technology environment
- Proven experience in system integration, process enablement, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
