About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison / Assistant to Sales Director to join our team in Blackheath. With 5-10 years of experience in administration, project coordination, and client liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Client liaison and coordination of follow up processes
  • Constantly during the day updating the Manager as to exact detail on production processes of various orders to meet deadlines
  • Liaison with Production Manager
  • Communicate with clients and management to ensure all timelines are met
  • Use initiative if deadlines are delayed, liaising immediately with management
  • Assist in solving queries
  • Double check that orders are accurately documented and communicated
  • Overseeing the Documentation process, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are completed

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in administration, project coordination, and client liaison
  • Excellent administration and time management skills
  • Computer literate and excellent attention to details with checking of figures
  • Strong communication liaison skills with a track record of building excellent customer relationships
  • Ability to use initiative and think on ones feet
  • Fast paced and with ability to respond timeously with follow ups required
  • Must have own vehicle and drivers license
