As an Operations Control Manager in our Corporate Investment Banking division, you will play a critical role in enhancing our service and execution in the Global Markets space.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client requests, inquiries, and complaints, fostering strong relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Handle daily business checks, fund manager reporting, trade allocations, invoicing, reconciliations, and settlements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and understand client needs.
- Support the achievement of strategic objectives to grow Global Markets business and optimize platform utilisation.
- Monitor client insights to recommend product enhancements and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to CIB’s risk policies and procedures to ensure compliance across all activities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in a client-facing role within financial services, strong knowledge of asset classes, market trends, and regulatory environment.
- Preferred: 3-4 years of experience in Operations, Services, or Client Experience roles.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce or Finance and Accounting; preferred familiarity with BDA, IPS, Shareforce systems.
