About the Role
The Brand Manager – Fashion at Umhlanga Rocks will be responsible for growing store traffic and sales while building strong brand relevance within the menswear category. You’ll lead integrated marketing initiatives across media, retail, digital and social, working closely with merchandise teams, store operations and agency partners to bring bold, effective concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve brand strategy and positioning
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive footfall and sales
- Drive innovative retail and shopper marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute events, activations and product launches
- Own social media and digital content strategy across key platforms
Requirements
- 35 years Brand Management or Digital Marketing experience (apparel / retail preferred)
- Marketing Degree or 3-Year Marketing Diploma
- Strong creative, analytical and commercial thinking
- Proven experience in retail marketing, social media, events and media planning
- Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills
