About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretarial Administrator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and audit functions, providing administrative support to our management team, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders
- Write reports and maintain accurate records
- Lead meetings and facilitate communication among team members
- Prepare and submit company returns and filings
- Utilize GreatSoft to manage beneficial ownership and annual returns
- Provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Company Secretarial Administrator in the Financial or Audit Industry
- Strong knowledge of CIPC processes, Company Law, Close Corporation and Trust Law, Beneficial Ownership filings, Annual Returns, and MOI amendments
- Proficient in MS Office essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary Education required
- Company Secretary Diploma
- Matric or equivalent (if no tertiary education mentioned)
