About the Role

Goldman Tech Resourcing is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our client’s team in Gauteng and the Western Cape. If you have many years of hands-on experience working on water retaining structures and are looking for your next career move, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning and execution of Construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with projects specifications and regulatory codes and standards
  • Manage daily site activities
  • Contracts administration

Requirements

  • B Eng, BSc Eng or B Tech Eng in Civil Engineering
  • 9 years experience in the construction industry specifically in Water retaining structures
  • Registered with SACPCMP
  • Proficient in Buildsmart and MS Office
  • Knowledgeable of relevant building codes and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering
