About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Credit Administration Officer to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit administration and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process credit applications in a timely manner
- Analyse financial documents and credit reports to determine creditworthiness
- Monitor and maintain customer credit limits and terms
- Prepare reports on credit status and collection efforts
- Work closely with sales and finance teams to resolve any credit issues
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in credit administration or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of credit laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credit management software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
