About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced and skilled Company Secretarial Administrator to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ companies, providing administrative support, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company records, correspondence, and meeting minutes
- Maintain company databases and perform research as required
- Draft and finalize annual returns, MOI amendments, and beneficial ownership filings
- Ensure compliance with CIPC processes, Company Law, Close Corporation and Trust Law, and other relevant legislation
- Provide administrative support to senior management and staff
- Prepare and distribute company documents, such as board minutes and resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Company Secretarial Administrator in the Financial or Audit Industry
- Company Secretary Diploma | Relevant Tertiary Education required
- Proficient in MS Office essential
- Strong knowledge of CIPC processes | Company Law | Close Corporation and Trust Law | Beneficial Ownership filings | Annual Returns | MOI amendments and use of GreatSoft will be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Afrikaans
Qualifications
- Completed Company Secretary Diploma or relevant tertiary education
- Valid driver’s license and own transport required
