About the Role
Hire Resolve, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Online Marketing Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a company’s online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.)
- Oversee content creation and distribution
- Optimize website and content for SEO
- Run and analyze email marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and engagement
- Track performance metrics and generate reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Test and optimize landing pages and user funnels
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online/digital marketing
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
