About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front of house operation in Midrand, Kyalami. With a strong background in managing busy restaurant environments and excellent customer relations skills, we require a talented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and front of house operations
- Conduct cash-ups and monitor inventory levels
- Open and close the restaurant, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts
- Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of floor management principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Well-spoken with exceptional customer relations skills
- Experience with Restaurant administration and cash-ups is essential
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification not required, but preferred
