About the Role
Our client in Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must have a strong customer-service mindset, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations
- Oversee appointment and onboarding of new staff members
- Promote new shop and products
- Conduct sales analysis
- Maintain shop layout expertise
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory management
- Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment
Requirements
- 35 years of working experience in a retail environment
- Welcoming, friendly, and professional demeanour
- Excellent client and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Matric and relevant qualification will be advantageous (if not mentioned)
