About the Role
Profile Personnel is seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in East London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting products or services over the phone to generate sales and build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate to close sales.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software (preferred).
- Good problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Sales experience (telesales or call center) is an advantage but not always required.
