About the Role
We are seeking an aggressive sales hunter with an established network in Durban and the KZN North Coast to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development, managing existing relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow an active, real, functional network in Durban, Umhlanga, Ballito, and the KZN North Coast (up to Zinkwazi)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through developer, builder, estate manager, and project manager networks
- Conduct regular CRM usage and sales activity management to optimize sales performance
- Present products and services to potential clients, with a focus on building strong relationships
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure long-term growth and retention
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ successful external sales experience
- Proven closing record and consistent sales success
- Strong discipline in CRM usage and sales activity management
- An active, real, functional network in the required areas (including access to developers, building contractors, estate managers, and project managers)
- AI-literate and fully computer-literate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- Reliable car is essential; company will cover monthly fee for sign-writing on vehicle.
