About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. As Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations, developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall sales strategy and ensure company sales targets are met
• Guide and mentor Business Developers on contract negotiations, client deal structuring, and closing tactics
• Source large, high-quality leads and manage strategic relationships
• Ensure SOP compliance and improve divisional efficiencies
• Build and develop a high-performing sales team

Requirements

• BCom in Business Administration or Marketing
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or MBA (ideally)
• 8+ years of senior commercial or sales leadership experience within the Solar Power, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors
