About the Role

Wild Dreams Hospitality invites a talented Operations Manager to join our team on a secluded island paradise off the northeast coast of Zanzibar. Our intimate, rustic-chic bandas offer barefoot luxury with uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean, and we’re seeking someone to maintain this high standard of hospitality while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a polished appearance and uphold hygiene standards.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Guide and support team development through hands-on training.
  • Coordinate food and beverage service, guest activities, and logistics.
  • Handle orders and lodge supplies with budget awareness and timeliness.
  • Monitor styling consistency and communicate updates with training teams.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, beverage inventory, and guest preferences.
  • Lead conservation efforts, internal storytelling, and social media updates.
  • Organize staff engagement initiatives and promote cross-property exchanges.
  • Respond flexibly to guest needs and ensure personalized experiences.
  • Uphold brand values and sustainability across all departments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in English and computer systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
