Wild Dreams Hospitality invites a talented Operations Manager to join our team on a secluded island paradise off the northeast coast of Zanzibar. Our intimate, rustic-chic bandas offer barefoot luxury with uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean, and we’re seeking someone to maintain this high standard of hospitality while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a polished appearance and uphold hygiene standards.
Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
Guide and support team development through hands-on training.
Coordinate food and beverage service, guest activities, and logistics.
Handle orders and lodge supplies with budget awareness and timeliness.
Monitor styling consistency and communicate updates with training teams.
Oversee administrative tasks, beverage inventory, and guest preferences.
Lead conservation efforts, internal storytelling, and social media updates.
Organize staff engagement initiatives and promote cross-property exchanges.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in hospitality management.
