About the Role
PAR Excellence is seeking a highly skilled Export Administrator to join our team in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting food export sales, logistics operations, and processing export orders, with a strong focus on ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage documents, invoices, and dispatch notes for exported goods
- Coordinate shipments, liaise with internal teams, factories, warehouses, and freight partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Monitor stock availability, request stock reports from freight agents, and track shipments
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including freight bills and customs forms
- Liaise with customers in 28 countries, responding to queries, complaints, and special requirements professionally
- Capture and manage export sales orders on ERP systems, confirming order details and specifications
- Ensure pricing accuracy, timely customer payments, and assist with credit notes and claims relating to damaged or lost stock
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in export administration, logistics, or international trade
- Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Syspro, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven expertise in export documentation, shipping processes, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- Commercial Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications
- Relevant experience in food export sales, logistics operations, or a related field
