About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Lecturer to join our team at NewBridge Graduate Institute, teaching subjects in our Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing programme. As a key member of our faculty, you will design and deliver engaging lectures, lead discussions, and conduct practical sessions to enhance student learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, workshops, and tutorials
• Design and update course content, curriculum, and instructional materials
• Employ a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
• Incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance learning
• Assess and evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records
• Provide academic advice and guidance to students
• Manage course-related administrative tasks, such as attendance, grading, and reporting

Requirements

• Masters Degree (NQF Level 9) in Marketing
• Prior lecturing experience in-person and online would be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
