About the Role
Our client in the Media and Printing industry is seeking a highly skilled Client Care Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and handling challenging customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by ensuring a consistent high-quality customer experience
- Adhere to operational protocols at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve the service process and customer experience
- Handle challenging customers in a highly pressurized environment
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ring times, and abandoned rates are within agreed norms
- Capture all customer interactions, whether via email or telephonic, on the Company CRM system
Requirements
- Matric/Diploma
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a Call Centre environment in sales or online support
- Understanding of contact centre environment and technology
- Preferably have a similar background as Media and Printing
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
- Computer literate
- Conflict management skills
- Quality and customer-focused mindset
- Influencing and persuading abilities
- Overcoming objections and being assertive
- Ability to work independently as a team player
