About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our Boland division, you will be responsible for screening potential business deals and managing ongoing customer relationships to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Value Proposition offerings into assigned clients
- Sell Value Proposition offerings into new earmarked clients
- Identify opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities
- Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric (Compulsory)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager, Senior preferred in the Western Cape area
- Experience in selling Enterprise Complex Solutions (Multi-vendor Solutions)
- Full understanding of the Sales cycle required
- Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
Qualifications
- Matric \ Grade 12 (Compulsory)
