About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our Boland division, you will be responsible for screening potential business deals and managing ongoing customer relationships to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Value Proposition offerings into assigned clients
  • Sell Value Proposition offerings into new earmarked clients
  • Identify opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential

Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric (Compulsory)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager, Senior preferred in the Western Cape area
  • Experience in selling Enterprise Complex Solutions (Multi-vendor Solutions)
  • Full understanding of the Sales cycle required
  • Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism

Qualifications

  • Matric \ Grade 12 (Compulsory)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager, Senior preferred in the Western Cape area
  • Experience in selling Enterprise Complex Solutions (Multi-vendor Solutions)
