About the Role
Well-established company are seeking an experienced and qualified applicant to join their dynamic team in East London. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing all facilities-related services and contractors, ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Industry Regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Provide Accurate Monthly Reports
- Tenant Installation & Repairs & Maintenance
- Effective Management of Soft Services
- Submit building condition assessment report
- Compliance and execution of Facilities Management Strategy
Requirements
- 3- 5 years relevant experience (commercial, retail and Industrial)
- Project Management qualification (advantageous)
- Intermediate technical knowledge (Fundamentals of building, mechanical, technical and soft services)
- Understand the management of Soft Services
- OHS Act
- ISO 9001 Quality Management
- Must be computer literate with experience working on MDA software
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (certificate provided on application)
- Appropriate tertiary Facilities Management related education (construction or mechanical or technical or drafting)
