About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to join our dynamic property management team. As a key member of our finance department, you will position finance as a strategic business partner, overseeing financial operations and delivering insightful reporting that drives key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare management reports, statutory reporting, and client communications; handle financial reporting queries.
Compile annual budgets, monitor deviations, report trends, update tariffs, and amend monthly projections.
Prepare audit packs, liaise with auditors, and handle audit queries.
Ensure accuracy of contract data, lease audits, and financial records.
Maintain general ledger, fixed asset registers, intercompany accounts, reconcile balance sheet items, and report on outstanding items.
Coordinate financial processes for building take-ons and handovers.
Attend monthly client meetings and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

BCom with Accounting III
2–5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, preferably in property management or real estate
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word & Outlook)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
