About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Tzaneen. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in continued operational excellence as well as executing financial strategy to support the business objectives. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial team
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Perform financial analysis and reporting
Implement internal controls and accounting procedures
Maintain accurate financial records using Pastel software

Requirements

BComm Accounting with Completed articles OR No articles, with 3 – 8 years financial accounting experience (within the Agricultural sector would be advantageous)
Proven track record of:
Financial principles and regulatory requirements
Financial analysis and reporting
Internal controls and accounting procedures
Proficiency in M.S. Office and Pastel software

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
