About the Role
Placement Point, a reputable organization, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to our senior leadership. This role demands a resourceful, energetic, and discreet individual who thrives in high-pressure environments and operates with a high degree of independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
- Minute-taking in all management meetings as well as arranging management conferences
- Maintaining CEOs calendar plan and schedule external / internal meetings, attending internal meetings and taking minutes
- Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for the CEO and management
- Answering and screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting clients at all levels of seniority
- Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post
- Assistance with collating all information pertinent to the B-BBEE certification
- Assisting, filing & record keeping of all applications for new pharmacies and wholesale licensing
- Responsible for arranging of all events throughout the year as well as the year-end function
- Responsible for setting up exhibition stands at healthcare conferences
- Responsible for online grocery purchases
- Maintaining of Company Organogram
- Maintaining regulatory files
- Typing up of all changes to SOPs
- Catering for meetings and functions when required
Requirements
- Matric Diploma in Business Admin or Office Administration
- Advantageous Experience in Minute-Taking/Shorthand
- Advantageous 2 – 3 Years experience in a Similar position within a professional Environment
- Fully Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills in English as well as Telephone Etiquette
- Excellent Organisational, Project Management & Problem-Solving Skills
- Attention to Detail Accuracy
- Ability to take initiative
- Professional Outlook
Qualifications
- Matric Diploma in Business Admin or Office Administration
