About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our SuccessFactors implementation team, you will play a crucial role in configuring and implementing various modules within the platform, including Recruiting & Onboarding, EC, Position Mgmt., and others. Your expertise will enable us to streamline our recruitment process, improve employee onboarding experiences, and enhance overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0)
- Develop knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly EC and Position Mgmt.
- Utilize recruiting process knowledge to optimize workflows and improve performance
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence for collaboration and task management
- Exposure to Agile methodologies for delivering high-quality results
Requirements
- Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0)
- Knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially EC and Position Mgmt.
- Recruitinig process knowledge
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
