About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and passionate Assistant Manager to support our hotel’s daily operations and guest experience. With 2 years’ hospitality experience, leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist the Operations Manager with budgeting, forecasting, rostering and supervision
- Drive quality service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement process improvements

- 2 years’ hospitality experience
- Leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
