About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As the first point of contact for customers, you will represent our company in a professional and customer-centric manner, providing exceptional service with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to enquiries and assist with product requests
- Manage complaints or claims in a confidential and professional manner
- Process relevant documentation while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months Customer Service experience (preferably within hospitality, retail, banking, insurance, or other customer-focused environments)
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed: Minimum 25 words per minute
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation

- Matric Certificate / NQF Level 4 (minimum requirement)
