FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER – LUXURY PRIVATE ISLAND | CARIBBEAN Ever dreamed of managing world-class food and beverage operations on a private island in the Caribbean? Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an ultra-exclusive Luxury Private Island for an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate the island’s dining and beverage experience. This is a hands-on, people-focused role for a confident hospitality professional who thrives on creating unforgettable guest moments — with flair, fun, and five-star finesse. THE ROLE The Food & Beverage Manager will take full ownership of all F&B operations, leading a diverse and passionate team while delivering seamless, personalised, and memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities include: * Managing and leading the Food & Beverage team to success * Training, developing, and motivating staff to perform at their best * Being highly visible and guest-focused, building strong guest relationships * Creating memorable dining experiences with personality, fun, and flair * Maintaining excellent stock control, inventory management, and cost controls * Managing budgets, cost of sales, and financial targets * Staying ahead of industry trends in food, wine, cocktails, and service * Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth island operations * Remaining calm, resourceful, and solutions-driven in a dynamic island environment THE IDEAL CANDIDATE * Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end resort or luxury hospitality F&B management * At least 3 years’ leadership or people-management experience * Strong background in 5-star or ultra-luxury environments * Extensive knowledge of wines, cocktails, mocktails, and beverage service * WSET Level 3 (or similar) highly advantageous * Proven experience in stock control, cost management, and budgeting * Confident, hands-on leader with excellent guest engagement skills * Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel * Flexible, energetic, and solutions-focused with a genuine sense of fun * Valid driver’s licence required ✨ THE PACKAGE * Competitive salary * Up to 20% annual bonus * Minimum 12-month contract * Paid leave plus bank holidays * Accommodation and food allowance provided * Flights to and from the island * Annual flight allowance * Medical cover * Gratuities included * And quite possibly the best commute in the world ☀️ READY TO SWAP THE OFFICE FOR AN ISLAND?
