Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Hotel General Manager 5-star Boutique Hotel – Mooirivier – KwaZulu Natal We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead a prestigious 5-star boutique hotel in Mooirivier, KwaZulu Natal. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You will report directly to the Owner, Regional Director, or Board of Directors and play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience and driving the hotel’s success. Requirements – Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. – Minimum of 5–10 years’ hospitality experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior management. – Proven track record in hotel operations and budget management. – Strong working knowledge of PMS, revenue management systems, and financial reporting. – Exceptional leadership and people management skills. – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. – Solid financial acumen and strategic thinking. – Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving capabilities. – Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Package – Salary: R45 000 – R60 000 – Live-in position – Wi-Fi – Work vehicle for work trips Start Date: ASAP
