- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records
- Process monthly payroll inputs and leave administration
- Support employee relations and disciplinary procedures
- Assist managers with HR policies and general support

- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR Officer role – hospitality industry experience essential
