About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and operationally strong Project and Portfolio Support Partner to strengthen our client’s operational effectiveness and executive enablement. This role will support the Technology Enablement function, providing both administrative and strategic support to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage submission timelines and dependencies for executive and governance reporting.
  • Provide hands-on operational support to enable effective execution of key sessions (e.g., PI planning, workshops, strategy sessions).
  • Book venues, meeting rooms, and logistics for key sessions.
  • Prepare packs and supporting materials.
  • Track actions and follow-up from key forums.
  • Enhance executive presentations and reporting material, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and brand alignment.
  • Support the tracking and communication of key strategic initiatives (e.g., IB Digital Programme and Sustainable IT Programme).

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably with senior leaders.
  • High level of organisational skills.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role (3+ years).
