About the Role
Opensource is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our team in Gauteng. As a Senior SAP BW/4HANA consultant, you will design and implement data models, develop ETL processes, and optimize reports using Eclipse. You will also gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP BW/4HANA data models, including ADSOs, InfoCubes, Composite Providers, and Extractors.
- Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and non-SAP source systems.
- Develop and optimize SAP BW queries and reports using Eclipse.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years SAP BW experience.
- Experience working in international teams.
- Business process knowledge in Finance area.
- Proficiency in ABAP.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Relevant certifications may be an advantage (e.g. SAP certification).
