About the Role

Award-winning boutique hotel in Bantry Bay is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our property, while maintaining luxury standards in all guest and staff areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out and supervise preventative and reactive maintenance across the property
  • Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to luxury standards
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritising guest comfort and safety
  • Support and guide maintenance team members in daily tasks
  • Coordinate approved external contractors when required
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a maintenance or engineering role
  • Proven technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • High standard of workmanship and pride in the property
  • Calm; professional, and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
