About the Role

Our client, an independent cross-border Financial Adviser authorised in the UK, South Africa, and the US, is seeking a Remote Financial Planning Administrator to support their growing business. As the first hire into this distributed, remote-first advisory business, this role offers a high-trust, high-responsibility opportunity for someone who values flexibility, ownership, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Core Administration & Operations: End-to-end administrative support for a UK-focused financial planning practice, maintenance of UK CRM systems, preparation, processing, and follow-up of client instructions and financial transactions.
Client & Platform Support: Access and administration of custodial and investment platforms (with trading permissions over time), execution of fund switches, contributions, withdrawals, and portfolio-related instructions.
Business Support & Growth: Working in close partnership with the Founder to proactively resolve issues, identify process improvements, and contribute to more efficient systems as the business grows.

Requirements

Experience within a financial services environment (administration, operations, paraplanning, or similar)
Exposure to regulated environments, compliance processes, and detailed documentation

Qualifications

CFP designation or currently studying toward CFP
Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or related qualification
