About the Role
This established healthcare organisation prioritises integrity, service excellence, and operational efficiency. They are seeking a dedicated Group Accountant to support the finance function across multiple entities and ensure accurate, reliable reporting to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial reports across the group
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance
- Support month-end and year-end processes
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights
Requirements
- BCom in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years commercial experience, preferably in a healthcare or service-driven industry
- Solid understanding of group structures and multi-entity reporting
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
