Learn more: www.TheGAOGroup.com Position Details Job title: Chinese-Speaking Virtual Intern Location: Remote Job type: Internship Duration: 3–6 months Remuneration: Unpaid (in accordance with FLSA guidelines) Position Overview This internship focuses on Human Resources and recruitment support, with an emphasis on Chinese-speaking candidates and stakeholders. Interns will assist HR teams in recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities in a global virtual environment. Key Responsibilities (HR Focus) Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through Chinese-language platforms and channels Conduct initial screening and assessments of Chinese-speaking candidates Support onboarding and orientation activities for Chinese-speaking team members Assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives, with a focus on Chinese-speaking participants Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams in Chinese and English Requirements Fluent proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any academic program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a virtual team Passion for learning and adapting to new challenges Additional Hiring Priority Strong preference for candidates based in Taiwan Applicants from other countries may apply, but Taiwan-based Chinese speakers will be prioritized What you’ll Gain Real-world work experience at an internationally reputable high-tech company Practical exposure to HR, recruitment, and global workforce coordination Insight into professional work ethics, teamwork, and virtual collaboration 100% remote and flexible internship Three certificates upon successful completion Enhanced employability and competitiveness in the global job market Who should Apply Chinese-speaking students and graduates—especially from Taiwan—interested in HR, recruitment, and global business operations are highly encouraged to apply.
