Job Description

Well established Property Development Company based in Westville has a vacancy for an Executive Secretary/PA in their Durban Office . The ability to handle a wide range of tasks, from managing calendars and travel arrangements to preparing reports and presentations, all while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Ability to converse fluently in AFRIKAANS is essential for this Role. Key Responsibilities: -Calendar Management -Travel Coordination -Communication: Handling email, phone calls, and correspondence, and drafting reports and presentations. -Administrative Support: Preparing reports, presentations, and expense reports, and maintaining files. -Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information and ensuring privacy. -Project Management: Assisting with project management tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects. Skills and Qualifications: -Min 5-10 Years Secretarial Skills (Property/Building Industry exp ADV) -Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain detailed records. -Excellent Communication Skills: Professional and confident communication, both written and verbal. Ability to speak Afrikaans -Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
