Job Description

Purchasing & Shipping Administrator Location: Bellville – Cape Town Salary: RR20 000 – R25 000.CTC. (DOE) Benefits. Minimum Requirements Matric certificate (essential) 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within a purchasing, shipping, logistics, or similar environment Strong computer literacy (MS Office essential) Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong team player with a professional attitude Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Reliable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile Key Responsibilities Perform all administrative duties in alignment with company policies and best interests Handle all information with professionalism and strict confidentiality Identify and report any serious problems, discrepancies, or irregularities to management Support purchasing and shipping operations, including but not limited to: Shipments: Coordinating and tracking local and international shipments System Data Capturing: Accurate capturing and updating of purchasing and shipping data Costings: Assisting with cost calculations and verification Queries & Requests: Managing internal and external queries related to orders and deliveries Housekeeping: Maintaining organized records, files, and documentation Are You?
