About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our busy dealership in Sandton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless vehicle maintenance processes. With 5 years of experience in the CSI sector, we are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, efficient, and passionate about delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct Vehicle Health Checks to identify maintenance needs
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and record findings accurately
- Liaise with customers to explain repair options and costs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle history
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the automotive CSI sector
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- CSI Diploma or equivalent qualification
