About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Krugersdorp. As a senior supervisor, you will have experience managing a construction team and being technically proficient at a practical level. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with site personnel, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a construction team
- Coordinate with all construction specialists
- Prepare quotes for clients
- Perform client liaison & communication
- Ensure site safety and compliance
Requirements
- Experience in the Glass & Aluminium Industry
- Strong team management skills
- Proven track record of successfully supervising construction projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a senior supervisory role (at least 2 years)
- Technical knowledge of glass and aluminium manufacturing processes
- Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification (not applicable)
