About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team in Pinnerown, Durban. As a key member of our automotive division, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities

Manage projects and workflows in the workshop
Plan and organize equipment maintenance schedules
Lead meetings with team members to discuss production targets
Maintain accurate records of parts usage and inventory levels
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

Requirements

Valid Code 14 Drivers License
Proven experience in team leadership with strong planning and organizational skills
Confident and proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate issues and needs
