About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Parow, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and personnel files
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for staff development
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Salary & Benefits
- The salary for this position is R500 000 per annum.
