About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Millwright/Plant Operator to join our team in Bloemfontein, responsible for operating automated plants to achieve high-quality production and maximum output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automated plant to achieve quality products and maximum production output with minimal waste.
  • Identify production line issues and rectify accordingly using advanced electrical skills and mechanical skills where required.

Requirements

  • Relevant National N4 Diploma in Millwright Electrical and Mechanical.
  • Millwright trade test.
  • 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 8 years of experience as qualified millwright.
  • Good People Management Skills.

  • Formal education/certifications: None mentioned.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: R30k to R55k per annum, plus benefits.
