About the Role
Our client in the Telecoms Industry is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join their team. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of the store. If you have a passion for retail and a talent for sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Interviewing candidates for potential store employees
• Signing of Contracts with new staff members
• Issuing of Warnings
• Resolving Issues with Managers and staff
• Commission Calculations
• Manage Staff Leave
• Manage Staff Performance
• Prepare Staff AOD’s for approval, once approved process sale on the system
• Ensure Company Procedures
• Manage staff attendance (Arriving on time, at work when scheduled and leave according to roster)
Requirements
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work retail hours
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Knowledge and experience in sales of exclusive brands
• Assist Group Sales Executive GP Stores
• Required to work between all stores
• Repairs and Maintenance of Stores
