About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Passenger Vehicle Stock Controller to join our team in Pinetown, Durban. As a key member of our sales and operations department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of our passenger vehicle stock, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all new and used passenger vehicle stock
- Ensure all vehicles are correctly receipted, stocked, and costed on the dealer management system
- Monitor vehicle movements between locations, workshops, and dealerships
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances
- Prepare documentation for audits and management reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Passenger Vehicle Stock Controller within a dealership environment
- Strong understanding of dealer management systems (e.g. Kerridge, Autoline, Automate, etc.)
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (if applicable)
- Relevant certifications or diplomas (if applicable)
